Otter Lake is managed by Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER). It has eight cabins that sleep 4 to 6 people and are equipped with picnic tables, fire pits, and BBQ grills. You can rent canoes/kayaks, stand up paddle boards, row boats, sailboats and pedal boats. Rooms located in JBER, so you have all the services that a military base offers.
Lake Martinez Recreation Center is located on the Colorado River and is an MCCS Yuma operation. The 13 private units include suites, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, and "garden models" for up to 4 guests. This beautiful lakeside resort offers many outdoor activities, including boat rentals, swimming, fishing, and hiking.

NAS North Island (NASNI) offers 20 2 bedroom cottages, located directly on NASNI's Breakers Beach. Equipped with everything you need to enjoy a beach front stay, each unit has its own BBQ grill and beach chairs. Camp Pendleton lodges are located in two locations: San Onofre Beach, north of Camp Pendleton, and Del Mar Beach, south. Both San Diego beach lodges are open year-round and offer rental and laundry facilities.

US Coast Guard Station Raceway in the Florida Keys has four 1 bedroom condos located directly on the water. Each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen, and guests can rent boats, bikes, fishing equipment and other equipment from the base.
The facility is part of Maxwell Air Force Base and has 24 bedrooms on Choctawhatchee Bay in Niceville, Florida. The 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom bungalow is fully furnished and has a kitchen. Guests must provide their own linen and towels.
Blue Angel Park is operated by NAS Pensacola MWR, located in western Florida in Perdido Bay. The park has seven cabins, as well as boat rentals, sailing lessons and other outdoor recreational activities.

This Army resort is located on Clarks Hill Lake in Appling, Georgia. A Fort Gordon activity, the resort offers six 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments, all with one bathroom. This 375-acre resort is a Portsmouth Naval Shipyard operation.
